Offers & payment
The live commercial wedge is the AI Operations Audit at $497 USD fixed for one workflow, subject to private fit review and written scope. Payment is via ALMFC LLC invoice after scope acceptance unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Implementation, tools, licenses, and multi-workflow programs are not included unless separately quoted.
No guarantees
Deliverables are diagnostic and advisory. We do not guarantee revenue, savings, or ROI. You remain responsible for decisions, compliance, and implementation in your business.
Intellectual property
Site content, frameworks, and ARIIA materials remain owned by ALMFC LLCunless a statement of work assigns otherwise. You receive a license to use paid deliverables internally for your business.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALMFC LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.
